Freight
and Shipping Policy
Published
rates show standard rates for shipping to the
continental US only.
Additional freight for shipments outside the
continental US and Special delivery, RUSH, orders will
be prepaid and added to your invoice.
International
Services
We
can ship all of the items worldwide.
Delivery charges will vary when shipping to
another country. Duties
and taxes are the responsibility of the buyer.
Delivery
of Orders
We
will ship your order promptly or notify you of any
delay. Please
note items ordered together may not be shipped together.
All items are shipped via UPS or USPS, insured.
UPS will not deliver to a PO Box.
Expedited
Shipments
Yes,
we can ship your order Next Day Air or offer 2nd
Day or 3rd Day delivery in most areas.
Extra shipping costs will be confirmed when the
order is placed.
Returns
and Exchanges
Returns
or exchanges may be sent to EM Innovations, Inc., 6106
Bausch Road, Galloway, Ohio 43119.
Please package returns and include a copy of your
packing slip or invoice.
This will insure prompt credit.
Shipping and handling charges are not refundable
for returns.

Method
of Payment
Please
make checks or money orders payable to EM Innovations,
Inc. If
paying by credit card include complete card number,
expiration date and name on the card.
All orders must be prepaid or you can establish
credit with one of our many distributors.
There will be a $ 25.00 charge/fee applied
against any returned check.
